FacilityMate provides tools and features to manage, track, and report on service requests, facility maintenance, and related tasks through its web and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use FacilityMate. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.

If you purchase a paid subscription or service:

  • You agree to pay all fees as stated at the time of purchase
  • Fees may be billed on a one-time, monthly, or annual basis
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@facilitymate.io. Upon termination, your access will be disabled and we may delete your data, subject to legal or contractual obligations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FacilityMate is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That any bugs or issues will be fixed
  • That the results from using the Services will meet your expectations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WUV Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WUV Inc., its affiliates, and their employees, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any rights of a third party
